Project Description
Yarra Valley Nissan is a new car dealership in Lilydale. The dealership - comprised of internal display areas, sales offices, service centre, and a reception area - is located on a sloping (6m fall) 3100m2 site with a 1100m2 building footprint.
Structural works included:
- Stiffened raft ground slab
- Steel and timber framed mezzanine floor
- Steel roof and canopy framing
- Steel fascia trusses
- Precast panel walls
- Retaining walls
Civil works included external pavements (concrete driveways & pedestrian paths), 26 car parks, site surface drainage, and stormwater drainage.
As part of this design and construct project, MacLeod Consulting worked in conjunction with Procon Developments to design an efficient and easy to build structure.
