Project Description

A new two storey residence in Lorne with an elevated first floor.

Framing consists of:

  • Concrete slab on ground and reinforced block retaining walls at ground floor level.
  • Steel and timber framed first floor.
  • Timber roof framing with minimal steel.
  • Extensive use to timber cladding.
