Project Description
Marque
is a 96 apartments and 2 commercial tenancies development. The building has six apartment levels with two
basement levels for 137 cars over a total building footprint of approximately
2600 square metres.
The
structure designed by MacLeod Consulting includes:
- post-tensioned in-situ floors
supported on reinforced concrete columns and walls
- precast concrete stair
cores and external walls
- soldier pile and concrete
spray wall retention system with temporary ground anchors
- lightweight timber and
steel beams and column roof structures
Civil
design included modifications of adjacent street levels (with Council
approvals), seepage drainage, roof drainage and water storage for recycling.
